Many people come to acupuncture feeling stuck—physically, emotionally, or both. They sense that something is out of balance, yet the root of the problem remains elusive.
My work is rooted in helping people embody the liminal: the threshold spaces where old patterns are no longer serving, but the next chapter has not yet fully emerged. These are often the places where symptoms arise—when the body, mind, and spirit are asking for attention, integration, and change. Through acupuncture and East Asian medicine, I help connect seemingly unrelated symptoms, uncover underlying patterns, and support your body's innate capacity to heal and transform.
Traditional Chinese Medicine views health as a dynamic balance between body, mind, and spirit. Treatment aims to restore the smooth flow of qi and blood, relieve stagnation, regulate the nervous system, and support the body's natural healing processes. Acupuncture uses fine needles to stimulate specific points and encourage movement where things have become stuck. Acupressure offers similar benefits without needles. Gua Sha and cupping help release tension, improve circulation, and resolve stagnation. Electrostimulation can be used with or without needles to help manage pain and support healing.
Depending on your needs, treatment may also include guidance around nutrition, meditation, and movement. I often weave in complementary modalities such as guided meditation, essential oils, Reiki, and mindfulness practices, creating space for deeper awareness, restoration, and connection to the wisdom of your own healing process.
Acupuncture with Adriana
You may be navigating a threshold if you experience:
• Vivid or recurring dreams
• Low energy or low libido
• Chronic stress, anxiety, or overwhelm
• Feeling stuck or unable to find your footing
• PTSD or unresolved trauma
• Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
• Racing thoughts or difficulty settling your mind
• Headaches or migraines
• Digestive issues, including bloating, reflux, constipation, or loose stools
• PMS, painful periods, cycle irregularities, fertility concerns, or reproductive health challenges
Healing is not always about returning to who you were before. Sometimes it is about learning how to inhabit the space between who you have been and who you are becoming.
If this resonates, I'd be honored to help you navigate that threshold and support your health goals.
